      • One piece of carrot cake was in the front cooler. Inquired with owner by email after the inspection if the carrot cake was perishable (ie cream cheese icing).

      • -front sweets cooler had a ham bagel in it. Temperature was 8C. Please ensure refrigerators are at the right temperature if perishable foods are present. Additionally, having coolers that are not working properly can lead to staff being unaware and using a cooler that is not working properly to store perishable food

The dairy cooler was at 7C and the owner has reported that a new cooler had been ordered and will arrive on Wednesday Jan 17. Perishable food removed from this cooler during the inspection.
