- 1. A cart was stored in front of the hand wash station in the N 1 area of the production kitchen. Ensure that all hand wash stations are accessible at all times. Corrected during inspection.2. There was no hot water at the hand wash station in the dish washing room. Ensure that all hand wash stations are equipped with hot and cold running water.3. The hand wash station beside the staff fridge in the production kitchen was not operational. Please repair. Ensure that all hand wash stations are in good working order.
