- There was a gap in between the two front doors and the bottom of the backdoor. This would allow the potential entry of pests and vermin into the facility. The inspector informed the staff that all openings to the outside must be tight-fitting to prevent potential pest infestation.**FIX THE GAP ON THE FRONT DOOR AND BACKDOOR.**OUTSTANDING (2023-09-19). The gaps were still not fixed.

- There were no Pest Control records provided during the inspection. The staff mentioned that they have a professional pest control company being contracted that conducts at least a monthly inspection of the facility for pest monitoring. The staff mentioned that a certificate/reports will be sent to the inspector. Please send a copy of the most recent pest control inspection conducted at the facility.**SEND MOST RECENT PEST CONTROL INSPECTION REPORT.**OUTSTANDING (2023-09-19). Pest control monitoring records were not available on site during the inspection. The staff mentioned that they had a professional pest control company. Please ensure to keep records of inspection reports from the company on site so it remains readily available during inspections.

- There was no sanitizer solution available during the inspection to sanitize food-contact surfaces. Please obtain an approved sanitizer solution immediately. Please ensure to have test strips to verify the concentration of the chosen sanitizer.**OBTAIN SANITIZER SOLUTION.
- 06. Are appropriate food handling practices and plans in place to ensure that food is handled in a manner that makes it safe to eat?
- All refrigeration units were able to maintain the appropriate temperature (at or below 4°C for coolers/fridges; at or below -18°C for freezers). All units were also equipped with a functional thermometer. However, there were no records provided for temperature monitoring. The inspector informed the operator that temperatures should be recorded at least once at opening and once at closing, to ensure that the unit was functional throughout operations.**RECORD TEMPERATURES OF ALL REFRIGERATION UNITS.

- The staff was not able to demonstrate proper use of the multiple-compartment sink for dishwashing purposes. Specifically, the proper sanitizing step was not followed, as required. The inspector walked through with the staff/operator on how to properly use the sink for sanitization. A copy of the multiple-compartment sink poster/instruction will be provided with this report. As indicated, please ensure to fully submerge all dishes, utensils, and equipment in a sanitizer solution. Use test strips to confirm the concentration. No sanitizer solution available on site.

- There were no test strips available during the inspection for a sanitizer solution. The inspector informed the staff that test strips must be used every time a sanitizer solution is made and must be tested daily before use to ensure that the sanitizer solution has adequate concentration. **OBTAIN TEST STRIPS.
