     • Observation: Mouse droppings noted throughout facility. Mouse traps noted throughout facility. All food in storage room in covered bins. No droppings noted on shelves or counters.
     • Minor fruit fly population noted by sink in front. Likely related to fly issue in Tim Hortons.
     • Corrective Action(s): Make sure the droppings on the floor in all areas of the facility including the stoarge room, walk-in cooler and around/behind the freal station and counter in this area. This process should be repeated on a more regular basis to allow pest control to better target trapping and other control efforts.

     • Observation: Mouse droppings noted in storage room floor below shelves and around biosteel cooler in customer area. Alos noted some droppngs on lowest shelf housing the cereal. Discussed with operator and he stated they will clean up after Pest Control visits. Noted volume of droppings significant for one week accumulation.
     • Corrective Action(s): Continue to follow Pest Control advice and clean areas as noted above as dsicussed.
