- Spoons that are used to scoop coffee grounds and mix coffee with milk were stored in a dipper well when not in use. The dipper well was partially filled but turned off at the time of the inspection. The dipper well was turned back on during the inspection and brought to the manager's attention. The manager said that they would store ice in the dipper well to ensure that the spoons are in a temperature-controlled environment.

- 1. The concentration of buckets of Quat sanitizer solution was measured to be at 50ppm. Fresh 200ppm buckets were prepared by the staff during inspection.Ensure the required 200ppm Quat sanitizer solution concentration is maintained. Use the test strips at the facility to measure the concentration.2. The concentration of Quat sanitizer solution in the 3-compartment sink, prepared to sanitize utensils was measured to be at 0ppm. The operator was advised to re-fill the sink with 200ppm solution.Please ensure you use Quat test strips to verify the sanitizer concentration when the sink is filled.
