      • One of the light covers in the kitchen had crack on it. Please make sure light covers are in good repair and properly secured to prevent any incidents.

      • One of the light covers in the cook line was not properly secured. Corrected during the inspection. Operator secured the light cover during the inspection. Please make sure light covers are properly installed and secured.
