      • 1. Bowls was observed in bulk food container to scoop out dry food item. pastry flour, Butter milk mix, sugar, potato flour, tapioca starch, bulk supply.Spoke with the manager to ensure that each bulk supply have their own scoop to prevent cross contamination.2. Food bulks were not properly covered.Ensure that all bulk supply have a lid.

      • Dirty plastic mold were placed in the clean area.Staff took the plastic mold was taken to the dishwasher.

      • Cooler door near the prep table, food were observed on the top seal. Proper cleaning is required.

      • Hand sanitizer was installed in the hand soap dispenser at the front service area hand wash sink.Hand sanitizer was removed and hand soap installed instead.

      • A non-self closing door was present on the staff washroom.Install a self-closing mechanism on the staff washroom door.
