Obtain handwashing stations immediately and ensure all necessary supplies are available.**CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION (2025-08-10). A temporary handwashing station was setup beside the temporary toilets. However, soap and paper towels were not provided. The operator mentioned that they provided soap and paper towels but were stolen. Please ensure that the handwashing station is fully supplied with soap and paper towels in suitable dispensers at all times.
