   • 101 - Plans/construction/alterations not in accordance with the Regulation [s. 3; s. 4]
     • Observation: One of two lights in the walk in cooler is burnt out. (Public Health Significance): Inadequate lighting does not allow for proper cleaning of the area as you may not be able to see. This may lead to unsanitary conditions within the facility.
     • Corrective Action: Replace the lightbulb
   • 209 - Food not protected from contamination [s. 12(a)]
     • Observation: Foods were left uncovered and open to contamination. Sweentened condensed milk stored in the front cooler in the original metal can without a proper covering. Uncooked meat skewers in the walk in cooler also stored without a proper plastic or other cover. (Public Health significance) - Contamination of food from contact with objects, people, pests or chemicals can cause serious illness.
     • Corrective Action: Cover or otherwise protect all foods from airborne contaminants, drips from raw foods, and contact with objects and staff. Put the sweentened condensed milk into a food grade storage container in the fridge and it is not to be left in the orginal metal can.
