- - Bags of sugar were stored on the floor. - Boxes of pie were stored on the floor inside the walk-in freezer.The operator was instructed to move the food items away from the floor and ensure food items are always stored at least 6 inches above the floor.

- Pest control records were not observed. The PHI gave an AHS pest control template to the operator during inspection.Please ensure a monthly pest check is maintained and records kept for review during inspections.

- Updated food safe training required.July 17, 2024: Food safety training certificate that meets section 31 of the Alberta Food Regulation was still not observed. A list of recognized courses will be sent with this report.
