- Facility was using a solution comprised of bleach, a Mr. Clean product (scented), and water as their sanitizer, which registered a chlorine concentration greater than 200 ppm. High chlorine concentrations and scented products may leave chemical residues on surfaces and equipment, which can result in cross-contamination.The chlorine sanitizer solution was remade during the inspection using only unscented household bleach and water, and registered at a concentration of 100 ppm. This is how chlorine sanitizer solutions must be prepared going forward.

- Facility does not have chlorine test strips. Corrective action: Chlorine test strips must be obtained to verify the strength of your sanitizer concentrations.
