    2 infractions

    • 04. Does the operator use approved methods for cleaning and sanitizing equipment, utensils, and surfaces?
      • Facility was using a solution comprised of bleach, a Mr. Clean product (scented), and water as their sanitizer, which registered a chlorine concentration greater than 200 ppm. High chlorine concentrations and scented products may leave chemical residues on surfaces and equipment, which can result in cross-contamination.The chlorine sanitizer solution was remade during the inspection using only unscented household bleach and water, and registered at a concentration of 100 ppm. This is how chlorine sanitizer solutions must be prepared going forward.
