- Operator is using 2 large plastic basin to manually wash and rinse the dish ware, letting them then air dry.Corrective Action - provide a 3rd large plastic basin to sanitize the dish ware in using a product like bleach at 100 ppm.Then you can wash - rinse - sanitize - air dry, the dish ware used in your kitchen.

- In the Special Event Notification package that the PHI received from the event organizer, there was no mention of a volunteer food tent.Please include this information for future events.
