- Feb. 4- A tray of half-eaten poutine left on the counter was thrown. - Danby fridge measured at 4.2 C.Jan. 16- A full crockpot of gravy was on the counter (turned off, room temp, and clearly old). Food was not temperature controlled. Crockpots are also not suitable for re-heating. Foods must be cooled and reheated safely. Food safety plan details must be reviewed with AHS.- A full package of wieners was at room temp on the counter.- A full package of cheese was at room temp on the counter. - Several open containers of sauce were on the counter and above the fridge.- Danby fridge not assessed.* Foods were discarded by the inspector to prevent them being served.Nov. 29- Danby fridge temperature was at 7.6 C.

Rodent droppings and accumulated food residue can attract pests and increase the risk of food contamination. Please thoroughly clean and sanitize these areas and continue routine monitoring and maintenance to prevent pest activity.

- Cases of drinks were sitting directly on the floor. Ensure all food and drink is at least 6 inches off the floor.
