      • Most light fixtures do not have covers over them.The facility has changed some lights to LED. These lights have shatterproof bulbs already on them. A cover is not needed. Please ensure all light fixtures have covers or are LED shatterproof bulbs.

    • 04. Does the operator use approved methods for cleaning and sanitizing equipment, utensils, and surfaces?
      • Meat slicer had a buildup of dried meat/foods underneath the blade. Please clean. Ensure slicer is taken apart completely and focus on hard-to-reach areas. A brush can help dislodge any particles, making it easier to clean then sanitize. A photo was taken and will be sent with inspection report.Kitchen and bathroom soap dispensers are not being cleaned properly. Staff are re-filling soap dispensers by putting new soap on top of old. Please discard soap in dispensers, clean and fill with new soap. Photos will be provided with inspection report.Mop buckets and mops are being stored next to the stand-up cooler. This is cluttering up space. Please remove and store in utility closet.
