      • The kitchen washroom was observed to not have a self-closing door. The kitchen washroom light was not working at the time of inspection. An outlet cover was also observed to be missing at a kitchen washroom outlet. Please ensure that incompatible areas are constructed in a manner that does not contaminate food preparation areas. Please also ensure that the washroom light is replaced and the outlet cover is installed appropriately.
