- 1. Hand sink was not operational due to no running water at the time of inspection. Potable water from jugs was being boiled in a kettle and poured into a sink.For times when water is temporarily unavailable, a temporary handwashing sink setup may be used. Diagram sent via email.2. Paper towel was not present in the dispenser.Ensure paper towel is in a dispenser.

Due to unsatisfactory results, the cistern was drained for cleaning, chlorination and then will be refilled.Plan is to refill cistern by end of day Wednesday at the latest. Cistern has been empty since last Friday.Water jugs with potable water were present inside the store.Ensure an adequate supply of running water is available.
