      • Temperature logs are not kept for refrigeration units.Ensure daily temperature logs are kept for all refrigeration units.

      • Sanitizer test papers were not available. Ensure sanitizer test papers are available on site to verify sanitizer concentration.
    • 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
      • Paper towel dispenser is missing at the hand-washing sink (2 compartment sink/prep sink) near the grill. Ensure paper towel dispenser is installed at the hand-washing sink.

      • Pest control monitoring program has been implemented but monthly monitoring records are not kept.Ensure AHS pest control checklist is completed once a month and kept on site.

      • Cleaning and sanitizers are kept underneath the table near the 3-compartment sink and in unlocked cupboards. These are easily accessible by kids. Ensure all cleaning supplies are stored in a locked cupboard so that kids will not have access to them.

      • Food safety training requirements have not been met.Ensure one or more food handlers have completed the Alberta approved food safety training course. A copy of the certificate is also kept on site.

      • Kitchen: A few light fixtures have burnt out light bulbs.Ensure burnt out light bulbs are replaced with new ones.
