      • Facility specific written procedures were not available for review.AHS Templates for requried procedures were provided to be completed and send pictures to PHI via email.

      • 1- High level disinfectant CS20 was noted being passed its expiry date. Operator was advised to obtain CS20 before opening salon next day. Operator did not have a pedicure appointment on the same day.2- High level disinfectant specific test strips were noted being passed their expiry date.Obtain high level disinfectant test strips with valid expiry date to reuse HLD.3- No record of daily HLD testing record was available for review during inspection onsite.Ensure the HLD is being tested every day prior to its use and records are maintained and availabel in the facility to be reviewed during inspection. HLD testing log template was provided to the operator.

      • 1- Wax containers were noted without lids.Ensure the containers are remained covered to protect the contents from contamination.2-Several bottles and containers were noted without labels.Ensure all bottles and containers are adequately labelled to indicate their contents correctly.
