      • - The spray bottle labeled for bleach solution in the rainbow room had an insufficient bleach concentration. The bleach solution was subsequently remixed on the premises.

      • - The spray bottle with bleach solution in the chickadee room was not labeled, posing a risk of accidental misuse. The facility staff have been notified and the bottle has now been labeled correctly.

      • - The basket holding dirty linens is insufficient to prevent contact with children in the rainbow room. Ensure that all dirty linen is kept out of reach of clients and stored in a closable basket.

      • - Personal care products (ie. diapering cream) are not being stored in individual containers to prevent contact. Please make sure that each client’s personal care product is individually stored to reduce the risk of contamination.

      • Ceiling ventilation in washrooms were visibly dusty/dirty.Remove covers, clean inside and out. Ensure in good working order.

      • Shark Room: Mouse droppings along the window edge facing the parking lot and right below on cube self. The shelves with droppings were empty of toys but in reach of children.Sticky traps present Determine and repair ports of entry for the vermin by examining the exterior of the building. Clean any droppings in the childcare areas using instruction provided. This should be done prior to opening daily. Action and solve the pest problem within the facility.
