- Ceiling ventilation in washrooms were visibly dusty/dirty.Remove covers, clean inside and out. Ensure in good working order.

- Shark Room: Mouse droppings along the window edge facing the parking lot and right below on cube self. The shelves with droppings were empty of toys but in reach of children.Sticky traps present Determine and repair ports of entry for the vermin by examining the exterior of the building. Clean any droppings in the childcare areas using instruction provided. This should be done prior to opening daily. Action and solve the pest problem within the facility.
