- Bleach solution was mentioned to be used for cleaning food contact surfaces. Concentration of the solution was at 0 ppm when measured during the inspection. Fresh bleach solution was prepared during the inspection, where the concentration was measured to be at 100 ppm.A copy of AHS document on how to mix sanitizing solution and a few chlorine test strips were provided to the vice president at the time of inspection.Ensure chlorine test strips are available for use in the facility to constantly check that the strength of the prepared sanitizing solution is adequate.
