      • Paper cup was observed stored in the cruton bulk bin in the use of a scoop. Ensure scoops are durable, dishwasher safe, and equipped with a handle. Cup was removed.

      • Yogurt stored in cooler had best before date of April 17th. Ensure to check dating labels. Chef discarded yogurt.

      • Scoop was stored in the granola container with the handle touching the food item.Operator removed the scoop. Ensure all food items are protected from contamination by storing scoops outside of the container or with the handle not touching the food items.
    • 10. Are food temperatures during storage and processing being controlled to maximize food safety?
      • An opened bottle of Smuckers chocolate syrup was stored in room temperature. Operator discarded the bottle. Ensure that directions on food labels are followed by storing food items such as Smuckers chocolate syrup is stored at 4C or below.

      • 1. The door seals of the cooling units for breakfast, bakery, and frozen vegetables had build-up debris. Clean the above-mentioned areas and maintain in a clean and sanitary condition.2. The ice maker door was observed with oily hand marks. Facility supervisor stated the ice maker is cleaned on a quarterly basis. Clean high touch areas such as the ice maker door more frequently.

      • Plastic forks were stored with business ends facing different directions. Ensure that all utensils are stored with business ends facing the same direction to protect them from contamination.
