      • No premade sanitizer solution present in the kitchen at the time of inspection. Corrected- 100 ppm chlorine solution will be available at all times in all food handling areas.

      • Donair cone on the vertical broiler was measured at 37C, needs to be held at >60C. - High risk foods must be held at <4C or >60C. Corrected, the temperature setting was increased and the meat was measured at 70C.
