      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Front of the house sanitizer bucket tested for less than 100 ppm Chlorine sanitizer. This solution was from yesterday and needs to be remade.
      • Corrective Action(s): Ensure sanitizer solutions are made everything day and for Chlorine sanitizer the concentration should be between 100 to 200 ppm Chlorine (about 4 mL of bleach to 1L of water). 100 ppm Chlorine sanitizer was available at the back of the house and in use at the time of inspection.
