      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Chlorine sanitizer solution in the two spray measured at 0 ppm and 25 ppm respectively. Observed staff on site using the spray bottle for stainless table near dough mixer.
      • Corrective Action(s): - Ensure chlorine in spray bottles is maintained at 100 ppm. Staff prepared another solution of chlorine during the inspection and chlorine concentration was measured at 100 ppm. Please buy test strips.

      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Handwashing station in the back of the house (close to walk-in cooler) missing paper towel.
      • Corrective Action(s): - Ensure all handwashing stations are stocked with paper towel at all time. Staff temporarily placed a roll of paper towel next to the handwashing station during the inspection. Staff informed that paper towel delivery is today and they will put paper towel roll in the dispenser after delivery is received.
