      • Back door sweep was in poor repair creating a gap between the bottom of the door and the ground. This could allow for pest entry.Please repair the door sweep/kick plate to remove the gap.

      • The food handling permit that was on display was expired.Please ensure that a valid food handling permit is displayed where it can be easily visible to patrons.

      • Hot holding temperature in pizza warmer was between 40-60C when tested. Operator added water and turned up temperature. Pizza is discarded after 4 hours of hot holding.

      • There were a few areas of the kitchen that required more cleaning:- dough sheeter- ceiling tiles and air intake- flour bin- chicken cooler These areas had a build up of grease, grime, food debris, and/or dust.
