- The handwashing station adjacent to the counter and the sink next to the pizza topping cooler were not supplied with potable hot water at the time of inspection. Staff reported that they are currently using the handwashing station located near the three-compartment sink for handwashing. It was further indicated that a plumber has been contacted, and the Public Health Inspector will be notified once a service date has been scheduled.Ensure that all handwashing stations are equipped with an adequate supply of potable hot and cold water, as well as hand soap and paper towels.
