- 19(2)(b) A food establishment must provide all of the following in accordance with applicable legislation or as considered acceptable by the Administrator:
(b) adequately designed and appropriately located hand-washing facilities;
- In accordance with Section 2.14 of the NS Food Retail and Food Services Code, you must provide at least one hand washing station in each food preparation area. Both hand sinks must be unobstructed and stocked with liquid soap and paper towel in dispensers.

The following food discarded as it was in the refrigerator all night: Pepperoni probed at 10.1C, crumbed bacon at 10.1C, ground beef at 10.3C, ham at 9.1C and sausage at 9.3.

- 23(1)(a) All equipment and utensils used to process, prepare, store, serve, sell or display food must be designed, constructed, installed and maintained to

- The shelfs of the walk-in cooler in the kitchen observed rusty. Repaint the shelfs to eliminate the rusting and to make it non-absorbent, easily cleanable.
