     • It was noted that quaternary ammonium solution auto dispenser needs to be calibrated as it was dispensing quat solution at 100 ppm. Please calibrate the auto dispenser. The operator was advised to manually mix the sanitizing solution until the dispenser is calibrated and ensure that quat solution is maintained at 200 ppm.
