      • Corrective Action(s): 1. Ensure that equipment is in proper working order; fix pizza prep cooler lid to ensure that lid can open / close properly and is secured in place. Operator added screws and fixed during inspection.
      • 2. Ensure dishwasher is fixed to prevent further leakage.
      • 3. Ensure pizza prep cooler is in working order and capable of maintaining temperature of 4C and under throughout entire unit.

      • Remove oil on this prep table (top and bottom) and clean table thoroughly.
