- The sanitizer unit at the dishwashing sink has been serviced and was tested at slightly above 200ppm quats (please ensure sanitizer is diluted and kept at no stronger than 200ppm.Please also ensure test strips for testing Quats sanitizer is obtained.

- Continues: The floor in the back storage area was observed to be constructed of raw/unsealed OSB and was penetrated with grease and grime. This area is not used to store foods but pizza boxes and used oil jugs are stored in this area. This grease and grime will act as an attractant to pest.*** Please ensure that the grease and grime is removed and the floor is refinished to be a non-absorbent/non-porous and easily cleanable surface. ***

- An overflow of garbage bags were observed at the back of the facility, near the back door. Please ensure garbage is disposed of regularly to prevent buildup.

- The quats sanitizer from the dispenser at the dishwashing sink measured a concentration of 150ppm at the time of the inspection.Please ensure the sanitizer concentration is maintained at 200ppm and new test strips are acquired (test strips onsite were expired).
