      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Measured the quats concentration in both spray bottle and at sink. Measured at 500+ ppm. Discussed with staff and he uses 4 pumps for the sink, but couldn't say how spray bottles were filled. He is new. Verified the 4 pumps (which is impacted by the residual volume in the hose) and measured out at 200 to 400 ppm.
      • Corrective Action(s): Make sure staff are trained on how to implement the pump system for quats sanitizer as discussed.
      • Violation Score: 3
      • 502 - In operator’s absence, no staff on duty has FOODSAFE Level 1 or equivalent [s. 10(2)]
      • Observation: On-site staff does not have Foodsafe or equivalent.
      • Corrective Action(s): Make sure to take course. Send verification email to my office once complete.
