- Three open canned-food containers were observed stored in the standup cooler at the time of inspection.- Operator is to ensure, once canned food item is opened, food should then be transferred to a food-grade container.
- 09. Are chemicals stored and handled in a safe manner?
- Spray bottle filled with chlorine (bleach) sanitizer was not properly labelled. Spray bottle was labelled during inspection. - Operator is to ensure all chemicals used in the facility are clearly labelled.
- 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
- Hand soap dispenser in the washroom was empty at the time inspection. Operator refilled the soap dispenser immediately.- Ensure hand wash sinks are fully stocked at all times with soap, paper towels, hot and cold-water supply.

- There was an accumulation of old food debris on prep line cooler door fronts and handles. Grime and debris were noted on shelves of standup coolers in the kitchen.- Please clean the above indicated areas.
