    • 11. Are there adequate and properly operating dish washing facilities to effectively clean and sanitize equipment and utensils (unless noted elsewhere)(Critical)?
      • The current dishwasher appears to be a residential type of dishwasher. A document that outlines dishwasher requirements will be provided with this inspection report.. The current dishwasher will need to be upgraded in the future to ensure it meets dishwashing requirements.
    • 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
      • There was no separate handwashing sink in the facility. With conducting limited to extensive food handling, please ensure to have at least a 2-compartment sink and a separate, designated handwashing basin.**INSTALL A DESIGNATED HANDWASHING SINK.Repeat. Ensure all paper towel is in a dispenser and hand soap in a liquid hand style pump.
    • 16. Is the facility free of unapproved animals, vermin and/or insects (unless noted elsewhere), and maintained to prevent the entry or harbourage of pests?
      • No pest control monitoring program in place. A template will be provided with this inspection report.
    • 19. Does the facility have a valid permit and does the facility operate in compliance with the conditions of that permit, or is the facility awaiting approval prior to operation?
      • The Food Handling Permit displayed was expired. Please post new permit. If you need another sent out, please contact this office.
    • 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
      • The exhaust hood ventilation system was last serviced/professionally cleaned in October 2019, as depicted on the sticker on the hood. Please contact a professional cleaning company immediately and have the ventilation system professionally cleaned. Ventilation filters had a buildup of grease. Please clean. Light fixtures did not have a covers in diniing room area. Please install cover,
    • 22. Are utensils and equipment maintained in a condition and a manner that ensures the safe handling of food?
      • Scoops were stored directly in dry ingredients. Staff removed scoop from food product. Discussed storing scoop outside of food.
