- The chlorine dishwasher was dispensing 0 ppm chlorine even after priming.There was a significant buildup of crystals on the floor beneath the dishwasher and also on the line behind the dishwasher. It is possible the line is leaking or has an air gap so is not suctioning.Repair the dishwasher; note the chlorine line may need to be replaced due to crystallization.Until the dishwasher is dispensing 100 ppm chlorine, any dishes washed in the machine must be submerged in a 100 ppm chlorine solution for 2 minutes in the sink before being allowed to air dry.
