     • Observation(s): It is observed that a canister of cleaner is accessible under the washroom sink. Any items labelled "Keep out of reach of children" must be made inaccessible in order to reduce risk of injury to children. The cleaner has been moved from the area and is inaccessible. The hot water registers at 37.5 degrees Celsius, within the 49 degrees Celsius maximum allowable. The materials and equipment appear to be safe, sanitary, in good repair and appropriate to the ages and developmental levels of children.
