      • The dishwasher was leaking and its rinsing temperature was found to be 67.8'C during the inspection.-Please repair the dishwasher and ensure its temperature is maintained at a minimum of 71°C to adequately sanitize food utensils.In the meanwhile, facility is using two-compartment sink method to clean and sanitizing food utensils.

    • 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
      • Roll of paper towels was observed on the kitchen counter.-Please install and keep/store paper towels in appropriate dispenser to prevent bulk contamination.
