      • The paper towel dispenser was empty of paper towels. The Director immediately asked one of her team members to stock the dispenser.

      • - The toilet tank in the toddler room is missing the cover of the water tank for flushing. The director mentioned that they ordered new one but it didn't arrive yet. The water tank is covered by a cardboard.- The sinks are missing a drain cover in the toddler room, and kinder room.

A blue solution (unknown) was kept in bleach disinfectant spray bottle and used as a disinfectant in Dolphin room with a 2-compartment sink. Discontinue use of unknown solution and provide proper disinfecting solution.

      • Paint was peeling/chipped in Jelly Fish, Turtle, Penguin B rooms and Dolphin room sink shelf.
