      • The diapering mat in the "boys" washroom was torn, exposing the foam underlay.- The diapering mat was replaced with a new diapering mat during the inspection.

      • A mop bucket filled with 100ppm chlorine was being stored in the childcare room for younger children and was accessible to children.- The mop bucket was emptied and removed from the childcare area. Ensure that chemicals are not accessible to children.
    • 24. Are sleeping supplies and areas sufficient to ensure client safety and comfort (Non-Critical)?
      • Child bed linens were being piled up and stored in a locker.- Ensure that child bed linens are stored separately from one another.
    • 32. Are general nuisance conditions, other than those noted in other violations, being prevented at this child care facility (Non-Critical)?
      • There was a potty found in the younger childcare room in the play space beside a vacuum and shelving with play equipment. - The potty was moved a few feet away and into the entrance of the nearest washroom and away from the play space.
