Operator is advised to repair the cooler so that it can maintain its temperature at 4 degrees Celsius or lower. Operator is advised not to use this cooler to store high-risk food until repaired. Temperature of the cake cooler is recorded 8.4 degrees Celsius. Operator indicated that she moved the sandwiches in this cooler this morning. Operator is advised to move the sandwiches to another cooler. Operator moved them at the time of inspection. Operator is advised to repair the cooler so that it can maintain its temperature at 4 degrees Celsius or lower. Operator is advised not to use this cooler to store high-risk food until repaired.

Operator is advised to repair these coolers so that they can maintain their temperature at 4 degrees or below and do not store high risk food in these coolers until repaired.
