      • The temperature of the stainless upright refrigerator in the kitchen was measured at 5 degrees C. The temperature log maintained by staff indicated that the temperature of this unit is typically 5-6 degrees C. The fridge is mostly filled with produce but also contains some prepared foods/desserts. Please adjust the temperature of the unit as necessary and ensure that it remains at or below 4 degrees C.
