- Dining room prep area and bistro (main level): hand washing sinks were not supplied with liquid soap and single use paper towels. This was corrected during inspection. Ensure all hand washing sinks are adequately supplied with liquid soap and single use paper towels at all times.

- Pest control monitoring program was not implemented. In house monitoring program: Mouse traps were set up during inspection and AHS checklist will be used to keep monthly records.
