- The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair. THE FLOOR IN THE BASEMENT IS NOT SMOOTH AND EASILY CLEANABLE. SECTIONS OF CONCRETE FLOOR ARE BROKEN UP AND MISSING. THERE ARE ALSO OPENINGS IN THE CONCRETE FLOOR OF THE BASEMENT. MUST REPAIR FLOOR AND SEAL ANY OPENINGS TO PREVENT RODENT ENTRY.

- The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned. OBSERVED OPENINGS IN THE BOTTOM OF THE FOUNDATION WALLS IN THE BASEMENT. MUST FILL IN WITH CONCRETE TO PREVENT RODENT ENTRY.
