- There was a tray of eggs sitting out at room temperature. Not being used at this time; were 14C. Put into cooler during inspection.

- The exhaust filters are missing from the cooking equipment exhaust hood. To be replaced.

- Some of the ceiling tiles are damaged (surfacing peeling off). Replace damaged ceiling tiles and ensure are replace with ones that are durable, smooth, impervious to moisture and easy to clean.

- The quat sanitizer dispenser was dispensing at too low a concentration. Dispenser to be fixed, solution mixed by hand or need to bring spray bottles of sanitizer at correct concentration (200-400ppm) from another dispenser on the property.

- The dishwasher was only reaching 55C at dish level. Dishwasher need to reach at least 71C at dish level to adequately sanitize utensils. Alternate dishwasher will need to be used until this dishwasher is repaired.
