      • Chlorine sanitizer spray bottle measured significantly higher than 1000 ppm. - Operator remade the chlorine sanitizer solution and retested at 100 ppm. **Ensure chlorine sanitizer is maintained at 100 ppm at all times.

      • The facility has 2 - compartment dishwashing sinks. The operator stated that they perform manual dishwashing, but no sanitizer was observed onsite. - Operator acquired chlorine sanitizer (bleach) during inspection. **Follow proper manual dishwashing procedures (i.e., wash, rinse and sanitize).
    • 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
      • Towel paper was not present at the hand sink in the back kitchen. - Operator placed the paper towel during inspection.**Ensure paper towels available at all times at hand sink for proper hand washing.

      • Paper towel was not placed in a dispenser/holder in the back kitchen. **Ensure paper towels are placed in a dispenser/holder at all times to prevent cross contamination.

Ensure that the missing ceiling tiles are replaced to help monitor for any leaks in the ceiling that may still be active.Correct any persisting leaks in the ceiling as identified.

      • A printed copy of the current food handling permit was provided by the Inspector and posted at the facility following the inspection.Ensure that the current food handling permit is continuously posted in a location that is visible to the public.

      • Water damaged/marked ceiling tiles were noted directly above and around the Pop In! cooler unit. Some of these tiles have been removed and replaced with cardboard until replacement tiles can be purchased and installed.Ensure that the effected ceiling tiles are replaced to help monitor for any leaks in the ceiling that may still be active.Correct any persisting leaks in the ceiling as identified.

Ensure that the effected ceiling tiles are replaced to help monitor for any leaks in the ceiling that may still be active.Correct any persisting leaks in the ceiling as identified.

      • A spill of water and syrup was noted underneath the slush machine.Ensure that any spills are cleaned up asap to ensure that the facility is maintained in a clean and sanitary state, and to eliminate any attractants/food sources for potential pests. Repair of the leak is planned for the summer of 2023.
