- 1. Food particle buildup on the walk-in cooler door handle and grease and food particle accumulation observed in the cupboard below the fry hot holding well.- Cleaning initiated.2. Bulk flour dispensers stored in the bins with the handles in contact with the food. Corrected- Store the dispensers in the holders or out of the bins.

- Pail of Rocklite stored next to extra straws, paper supplies in the cupboard below the customer self-serve pop dispenser.- Manager to remove and store away from foods, packing materials etc.

- Improper cooling practices. Observed foods undergoing the cooling process tightly covered.- Do not tightly cover foods that are in the cooling process until a temperature of <4C is achieved.

- 1. The water in the dipper well that scoops are stored in was visibly dirty with food particles. The water flow was turned on low.- Ensure that the dipper well water flow is turned on at a rate that does not allow food particles to accumulate. Send the utensils for frequent washing. 2. Bulk flour dispenser handle is in contact with the food.- Store food dispensers out of the food or in such a manner that the handle does not touch the food.
