      • Observation: - No hot water available at the handsink near the biscuit station (near prep line) and second handsink near the dishwashing area. Staff member is not aware that there is no hot water at the two of the handsinks available
      • - NO paper towel available at the handsink near the biscuit station. Staff member not aware of how to replace the paper towel. Second handsink near dishwashing area, the paper towel is jammed and not working
      • Corrective Action(s): Repair to ensure that hot water is available at handsinks and paper towel is stocked. Fix the dispensers to ensure that handsinks are fully stocked and available for handwashing
      • Violation Score: 15
      • 402 - Employee does not wash hands properly or at adequate frequency [s. 21(3)]
      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): During the inspection, none of the staff members present on site washed hands. Even after prompting that adequate handwashing is important, none of the staff member was observed washing hands. Single use gloves available and staff changed gloves without washing hands
      • Corrective Action(s): Wash hands frequently - before changing gloves, after touching raw meats and touching items that may potentially be contaminated
