      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Quats dispenser was empty of concentrate and sanitizer buckets were at less than 50ppm
      • Corrective Action(s): Quats dispenser refilled with concentrate and sanitizer buckets refilled and at 200ppm

      • Observation: Section of tiles under the cookline have broken and come loose on the floor. Currently water and/or grease is filling in the gap where the tiles are missing.
      • Corrective Action(s): Replace floor tiles so floor is smooth, impervious and easily cleanable. Manager is aware and working to get a tiler in to replace the missing tiles. To be completed by Oct 9/22

      • Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize this area. Ensure staff are using gloves correctly. Dirty gloves are to be removed when changing tasks and hands are to be washed.

      • Observation: Silicon around prep area table and sink is peeling.
