An open box of fried chicken was also placed on the shelf inside the walk-in cooler.3. Uncovered food was observed to be placed inside the freezer placed in the prep area. 4. An open flour carton containing uncovered flour was observed in the kitchen.Ensure all food items are properly covered, wrapped, or placed in sealed containers to protect them from cross contamination. Maintain all food in a protected condition during storage and routinely monitor compliance.

      • Two paper towel dispensers inside the kitchen were found empty at the time of inspection.Ensure all handwashing sinks are supplied with adequate paper towels at all times. Hand sinks must be properly stocked with paper towels, soap, and other required handwashing supplies to facilitate effective hand hygiene and comply with food safety requirements.
