      • Filled bread trays were stored directly on the floor. Operators placed an empty crate underneath the filled trays.Ensure that all food items are stored above the floor in a clean and sanitary condition.

      • 1. The floors of freezer #1 & 2 had build-up food debris.2. The bottom and handle of food warmer #3 had build-up debris. Clean the above-mentioned areas and maintain in a clean and sanitary condition.
