- Initially, no sanitizer was being used. Bleach sanitizer was picked up from their commercial facility by the operator.Please keep a sanitizer solution on hand when handling food during special events.
- 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
- Temporary handwashing station had paper towel and soap. A smaller bin was replaced with a bigger container for collecting wastewater. Cold water was being used. Operator was instructed to refill container with warm water.
